Purpose of the role :
To be part of the France BeNeLux sales team, responsible for developing our sales pipeline for both whitespace and greenspace opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts.
You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
To manage and maximize sales campaigns as per country plans.
Identify and prioritize target accounts and key prospective contacts.
Research business challenges of companies and contacts using various data sources.
Contact new prospects and clients daily through various channels, and articulate our company’s value proposition and products.
Conduct high-level conversations with executives and decision makers in prospective accounts and customers.
Nurture and develop interest to identify qualified sales opportunities.
Utilize social media to share content for business development purposes.
Maintain accurate and timely notes on interactions within the CRM system.
Achieve monthly targets for pipeline generation sales qualified leads.
Develop qualified sales opportunities using a qualification scoring framework.
Build, develop and retain strong relationships with owners / management teams and employees of the allocated accounts
Implement and utilize fully the DSI Sales Model & Core Processes
Manage own time ensuring that adequate time is allocated to key activities, as based on the priorities as identified in the sales plan.
Provide regular reporting for activities / accounts status as per the business Sales model and guidelines given by manager
Participate in Sales Team meetings and engage with the team in problem solving, issue discussion, greater general communication and more transparent operation.
Knowledge & Experience
Strong selling / excellent communication skills and a willingness to make cold calls and connect with new people.
Prior sales experience preferable but not essential
Excellent negotiation skills
Experience working in a technology company would be advantageous but not essential.
Customer focused and results driven, ambitious and resourceful.
Self-driven, highly motivated and proactive.
Highly organized within a process orientated environment.
Computer literate and familiar with CRM.
Tri-lingual with a fluency in French, Dutch and English
Bachelor’s degree preferred
