Our SAP SuccessFactors (Senior) Consultants are committed to helping our clients both in defining their HR Technology strategy and architecture, as well as in maximizing the potential value of their SuccessFactors solution in an increasingly complex and unpredictable HR market.

We believe the success of any HR technology extends beyond a flawless implementation. We focus on a true integration of technology in the organization of the client.
Throughout the project, we rethink the existing HR processes, the HR experience of employees and managers, as well as the imperative change required to fully adopt the new system(s).
You will continuously develop your knowledge and insights on the use of enabling HR technologies, integration of these technologies in the architecture of the client, the desired employee experience, as well as general HR-trends.
You thrive in an international environment and are open to travel where needed; University degree with a background in engineering, IT, HR, economics or equivalent.
A post-graduate degree is an asset; Mandatory skills : Fluent in English + Dutch and / or French. Additional languages are a plus.
Our business activities are centralized in Deloitte's Gateway office based in Brussels (Zaventem) but the SAP SuccesFactors team (Emeritis A Deloitte Business) is located in Antwerp, so is this position.
Projects could be both nationally (BE) or internationally (EU) based.
