We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Technician to join our Central European cluster team of 40 people, where you’ll play an important part in delivering the highest standards of service to our customers.
About the role
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for the successful execution of assigned service and product support activities across Benelux.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll be spending most of your time carrying out mechanical-based services, such as installing and replacing components, mostly within fluids.
You'll also be responsible for reporting.
80-90% of your work will be carried out at our customers’ sites. These assignments can take anything between 2 days to 1 week.
Therefore, you must be willing to work away from home and be prepared for overnight stays.
As most our clients are in the dairy sector, you can expect to be working in a very clean working environment.

Your first 3-6 months in the role will involve a degree of training depending on your experience.
Due to the nature of this role, you can expect to travel around the Benelux region for up to 75% of your time. Some weekend work is required, but not on a regular basis.
This is a challenging role where you’ll be liaising with our customers face-to-face daily. Therefore, we are looking for people who have a keen customer-focused attitude as well as the customer service skills to match.
