Milestone Systems is currently looking for a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Sales Support team.

You will be joining our Sales Support team that consists of 7 skilled, motivated, and passionate colleagues focused on driving growth for the business in EMEA.

The team works in an informal atmosphere where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key ingredients in the working day.

As the rest of Milestone Systems, the team is characterized by a wide variety of people from different nationalities and cultures.

The role

Your primary tasks will be assisting in the daily order handling and sales related tasks for all EMEA, including, but not solely, language support to the Arabic speaking market.

This includes direct contact with partners and close cooperation with the global and regional sales teams. There will be a concentration of tasks towards answering phone calls, case management, inquiries, quotations, etc.

You will also assist in the coordination of new projects with the objective of developing business for the company. Due to the diverse nature of the job’s responsibilities, it is also important that you can function well under pressure, multitask, and work well both independently and in teams.

The Sales Support Coordinator will be :

  • Providing professional sales support to channel partners and distributors (case management, phone calls, quotations, etc)
  • Welcoming new partners into the Milestone Partner Program
  • Interacting closely with key stakeholders regarding sales initiatives
  • Assisting in order handling
  • Making daily data entries into our CRM system
  • Performing various administrative tasks
  • Working 9.00-17.00hrs, Monday to Friday and Sundays from 8 : 00-12 : 00 AM CET 7-8 times a year (you can perform the Sunday duty from your home office)
  • Office based at our HQ in Brøndby, Copenhagen
  • Skills and qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within a relevant field (e.g. business, administration, languages)
  • Fluent English on business level is required. If you speak Arabic as well this would be a big plus
  • Solid communications skills both written and spoken
  • Flair for numbers
  • Experienced Microsoft Office user (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Navision (or other CRM system) is an advantage
  • Experience with order handling / support
