The Profile :
- German is your mother tongue, and you are fluent in English (B2)
- You have some experience in customer service

Your responsibilities :
Reply to customers’ questions in German by phone and email regarding the
COVID-19 vaccine.
- Use of software and training in English.
- Answer to customers’ questions about the availability and timing of vaccination campaigns
- Respond to customers’ questions about the location of vaccination campaigns
- Reply to customers’ general questions about vaccination campaigns.
- Assist customers in making appointments.
