SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

Mission :

  • Ensure good coordination between the servicing teams, second and third line of support
  • Entail and nourish positive and constructive stakeholders relationships with Front office, Technology, Operations, COO team and other departments within the Bank and across geographies
  • Identify and own improvement measures in relevant processes and systems
  • Understand clients' demands and feed into design of future solutions
  • Being an expert point of escalations for the team and the business, ability to propose solutions
  • Actively monitoring of KPIs, KRIs and query volumes, speed and quality of resolution for the team
  • Ensure regular review and update of procedures & controls
  • Ability to drive audit point closure
  • Drive systems migration to improve day to day management of the relevant processes for the team
  • Desired Profile :

  • 7-10 years’ experience of relevant work experience in a similar function
  • Strong leadership track record leading high performing servicing teams ideally in Private Banking
  • Client focus to build strong trusting relationships with clients & stakeholders alike
  • Sense of quality service, professionalism, listening and empathy, ability to coach and develop staff
  • Digital and technology savvy with experience in SLAs, service standards and query handling systems and environment
  • Able to work in a demanding environment
  • Demonstrate ability to learn hands on and participate in operational volume handling
  • Exposure to risk & control frameworks and financial markets / banking industry specificities
  • Fluent in French and English, oral and written. Other languages an asset
  • Residence in Switzerland.
