In this role, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.

The role will also be heavily involved in process improvement and project implementation. You will report to the Head of Service Delivery.

Key tasks include but are not limited to : · Managing daily queries related to technical aspects of operations · Acting as a key point of contact for a number of internal clients (RMs, PMs, Traders, etc.

Communicating and managing requests with our banking system provider · UAT testing related to system enhancement · Leading small projects and work closely with the team to improve overall operations · Some polyvalence with Service Delivery role will be expected · External vendor management Must Have Requirements You have : Banking apprenticeship or equivalent education At least 5 years of experience in a banking environment Broad general banking operations knowledge Experience with Avaloq core banking system Good interpersonal skills, with a service orientated mind-set Solid problem solving and analytical capabilities Ability to prioritize and deal with multiple tasks and requests simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness and ability to learn and grow Drive to implement improvement You are : A fast learner with a strong sense of accountability Comfortable with technology and using different programs Capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing an end to end process Able to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure Happy to work in a team and share ideas and knowledge Proactive and willing to take initiative Able to work in a multi-cultural environment Fluent in English (...
